I am interested in learning about our environment for a few reasons. Firstly, it is undeniable that I am ignorant in this aspect, so I would partly like to take APES for knowledge's sake. I would also like to be more involved in helping our environment, and to do this I would need more of a knowledge base on the subject. Also, and I'm sorry for how brown-nosey this is going to sound, but I have to emulate J Rec! on this: despite any discrepancies over my academic performance in your class in eighth grade, I really enjoyed having you for a teacher.
